Individual counseling is an effective way for many people to solve problems, set and achieve goals, heal from the past, work through traumas and addictions, address important issues, process major decisions, all with a neutral, objective, professionally and clinically trained counselor therapist.

​Group counseling is an effective way to emotionally work on issues with others that have similar challenges.  This is a helpful way to gain a sense

of belonging, work on interpersonal skills, give and receive support, learn other's perspective to assist with seeing a situation more clearly, and increase motivation to change.  

​

Currently there is a twice monthly faith-based support group available onsite.
